Cheer-Pom Pom

Cheer classes include: Warm-up & Stretches, Jumps, Splits, Motion Drills, & Dance Combinations. 

Tumbling skills are also introduced and build with each level. The main emphasis in class, however, is on cheering techniques-motion drills, dance and cheer combinations, chants, jumps, and splits.

Cheer 1- Tumbling Skills include front rolls, back rolls, cartwheels, backbends & roundoffs.

Cheer 2 & 3-Tumbling Skills include backbends & rise, walkovers, & back handsprings.

Acrobatic classes are offered for more intense work on these skills.

Shoes: Clean, white tennis shoes.  Shoes for class should not be worn outside.  The instructor will order special cheer shoes prior to the recital.
